Delete your account
You can delete your VITA account and your personal data at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need a reason.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open VITA and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be removed, enter your password, and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. You are signed out and cannot sign back in with that account.
What is deleted
Everything. Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — name, email, password, age, height, photo and bio
- Your training log, weekly plan, nutrition diary and any health data imported from your phone
- Your points, streak, badges and leaderboard entries
- Your messages, posts, photos and reactions
- Your community, group and club memberships, and any sessions you organised
- Your friendships, invitations and notifications
- Your orders and delivery addresses
It is immediate and it cannot be undone. There is no archive, no backup copy kept for later use, and no shadow profile. If you come back, you start a new account from nothing.
The one thing that remains
Our internal log keeps a single line recording that an account was closed, and when. It holds an account number only — no name, no email address, nothing that points back to you. If you had an order on its way, the seller is told it was cancelled, without being told who you were.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account, first try Forgot password? on the sign-in screen — it emails you a code. If that does not work, email us and we will delete the account for you:

Write from the email address on the account, with the subject
“Delete my VITA account”. We reply within 7 days and delete within 30 days
of confirming it is your account.
